We offer a range of modular and customisable rigid truck body options to suit a range of requirements. We manufacture Curtainsiders, FRP and Light Weight Vans, Trays, Freezer / Insulated vans and Colorbond Vans in-house. We can supply prefabricated stock bodies that can accommodate from 6 to 14 pallets, or more tailored and customisable specifications, depending on the particular needs of a client. We can also cater to fleet sized orders on parts and replacements.
Curtainsider
A ‘curtainsider’ is a truck or trailer with a curtain at its side. The curtain made of polymer material can be secured by straps, buckles, or hooks, and can be pulled to either end of the body for easy access to its inside. Curtainsider bodies are perfect for freight that is not subject to specific temperature controls.
Rapid Liner
The latest product development from Alltruck Bodies is the new ‘Rapid Liner’ series of curtain-side rigid truck bodies. Optimised for loading and unloading pallets of beverages, its unique European-developed curtains concertina outwards preventing them from catching on goods inside.
Tray Bodies
A Tray is a type of truck body which is entirely flat and has no sides or roof. They can be used to transport freight that is not susceptible to rain or is of a size and shape that does not easily fit in truck bodies that are enclosed. Tray bodies can be built with a variety of gates or drop sides depending on your application.
Insulated Vans
Alltruck Bodies premium Insulated Vans are designed to carry perishable freight at specific temperatures. The material used to build the body and refrigeration unit fitted during the construction, is customised for the type of freight being delivered and the temperatures required to sustain at.
Freezer Vans
Alltruck Bodies premium insulated Freezer Vans are designed to carry perishable freight at specific temperatures. The material used and refrigeration unit fitted during the construction is customised for the type of freight being delivered and the temperature required for goods being transported.
Fibreglass Honeycomb Vans
The Fibreglass Honeycomb Vans are constructed using a lightweight composite material which offers greater payloads. The enclosed body is particularly useful for transporting items that have the potential to be spoiled by external conditions.
FRP Vans
Fibreglass Reinforced Panel (FRP) Vans provide an enclosed structure for freight storage, suitable for transporting goods that have potential to be spoiled by external conditions. The body is constructed from a composite of fibreglass and plywood that are bonded together under intense pressure.
Colorbond Vans
Colorbond Vans provide an enclosed structure where freight can be stored and transported. The bodies are constructed using Colorbond walls and an aluminium roof sheet. The enclosed body is particularly useful for protecting items that must be protected by external conditions.

The Pig and Dog Trailers are the newest development in the Alltruck Bodies range and the most flexible, convenient, and compact freight transport solution on the market—available in single, double, or tri-axle trailer arrangements, these models feature the latest in transport technology for moving valuable freight.
