Description
• One-piece aluminium roof sheet over 75mm insulation and Colorbond® roof panels
• 75mm insulated Colorbond® sandwich panel front wall
• 75mm insulated Colorbond® sandwich panel side side walls (or 50mm to suit 2 pallet wide bodies)
• 300mm high hygienic fibreglass kick panels around all walls
• All interior joints fully sealed
• LED work light fitted in rear corner
• 3mm aluminium chequer plate or non-slip fibreglass floor
• 75mm insulation between cross bearers under floor
• Insulated Colorbond® sandwich panel double rear doors with three hinges, seals and one camlock per door
• Fixed safety grab handles on rear pillars
• Flush rear under-run bar with dock rubbers
• Our exclusive polished aluminium top, bottom and corner extrusions bonded and fastened to all panels with heavy-duty cast aluminium corner caps
• LED lights for all statutory side, front, rear outline marker lights and licence plate lights
• All compulsory mudguards, mudflaps, reflectors and marker plates to suit registration requirements in state of intended operation
• Body meets all SCARM 80 requirements and is certifiable for transportation of fresh meat for human consumption
