Description
• Front wall made up of moulded fibreglass skins bonded over a rigid polyurethane foam core 100mm thick, with fibreglass reinforcement every 600mm
• Aperture and mounting frames in front wall to suit refrigeration unit
• Roof made up of moulded fibreglass skins bonded over a rigid polyurethane foam core 100mm thick, with fibreglass reinforcement every 600mm
• Side walls made up of moulded fibreglass skins bonded over a rigid polyurethane foam core 40mm thick, with fibreglass reinforcement every 400mm
• Non-slip fibreglass finish over 28mm container wood flooring, with 70mm urethane insulation between steel RHS cross bearers injected with urethane insulation, and fully sealed underneath
• 1200mm deep pallet protection apron inside rear doorway
• All interior joints fully laminated for greater strength and hygiene
• 300mm high fibreglass kick panels around all walls
• Dome style interior work lights
• Rear door frame set hot dip galvanised for longer life
• Double rear doors 65mm thick with three hinges, one camlock per door, and special double seals
• Fixed safety grab handles on rear pillars
• Rear 100mm x 50mm steel RHS under-run bar with rubber dock buffers
• Our exclusive polished aluminium top, bottom, and corner extrusions bonded and fastened to all panels, with heavy-duty cast aluminium corner caps
