Truck Trailer BodyCurtainsider
A ‘curtainsider’ truck is a generic name for a truck or a trailer with a curtain as the side. The curtain is made of a polymer material and fitted with rollers at the top. The curtain is secured by straps, buckles, or hooks, and it can be pulled to either end of the body for access to the inside of the body. Curtainsider bodies can be used to transport all different types of palletised and unpalletised freight which are not subject to specific temperature controls.

Curtainsider A
• RHS framed front wall, which meets Load Restraint Guide requirements, with ply lining between the outer sheet and frame
• 600mm high chequer plate pallet protection panel and tie rail inside front wall
• Steel roof frame, with 3mm ply lining and one-piece aluminium roof sheet
• No sliding post required for easy side access

• All aluminium roof structure for reduced weight, with one-piece aluminium skin
• One slide post per side for standard curtains

• Pivoting safety grab handles inside front wall
• 3mm steel chequer plate floor with 18mm lip coaming on both sides
• Welded webbing style Easy Glide™ curtains (890gsm Polymar® 8556 material) with quick release stainless steel cam buckles every 600mm and curtain wear protection strips on curtains
• Choice of curtain colours with Black PVC pelmets
• Front mounted ratchet curtain tensioners

The system features single handed operation hinged gates at pallet intervals, for straight pallet loading, plus quick release sliding side posts that can be moved for wide load full access with ease.
